  • 390 g Water
  • 3 g Fresh yeast
  • 12 g Salt

Put 530 g white flour, 390 g water (30 degrees warm), 3 g fresh yeast and 12 g salt into the mixing bowl and process to a dough for 2 min./kneading setting.

Let the dough rise

Place the dough in a bowl and let it rise covered for 30 minutes at 37°C in the mixing bowl.

Shape baguettes

Place the dough on a floured work surface and form into two baguettes.

Bake baguettes

Place the baguettes on a baking sheet and bake in a preheated oven at 220°C top/bottom heat for about 25-30 minutes.
