  • 1 kg Wheat flour 700
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 20 g fresh yeast
  • 20 g room temperature butter

Put 300 g lukewarm milk, 300 g lukewarm water, 1 kg wheat flour 700, 20 g salt, 20 g fresh yeast and 20 g room temperature butter into the mixing bowl and knead for 2 min./kneading stage.

Let the dough rest

Shape the dough into baguettes and brush with water. Then let it rest for 20 minutes.
