Description

This recipe for baking pizza is easy to prepare and ideal for a quick main course. With just a few ingredients and a preparation time of only 65 minutes, you can enjoy four servings of delicious pizza. Perfect for a cozy evening with friends or family.

  • 300 ml water
  • 1 EL oil
  • 1 TL salt
  • 2 TL sugar
  • 450 g wheat flour (type 405)
  • 1 Pck dry yeast
  • Various toppings as desired

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

Add 300 ml water, 1 tbsp oil, 1 tsp salt, 2 tsp sugar and 1 packet of dry yeast to the mixing bowl. Using the Patix dough knife instead of the standard knife, process into a dough for 2 min./kneading setting.

Let the dough rise

Let the dough rise in the mixing bowl for 30 min./37°C.

Roll out and top the dough

Remove the dough from the mixing bowl and roll out on a floured work surface. Top as desired.

Bake pizza

Bake the topped pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C top/bottom heat for approx. 20 minutes.
