Description
This simple banana chocolate ice cream is a delicious dessert that is quick to prepare. With only three ingredients – bananas, milk and chocolate chips – it is ideal for a little refreshment. Preparation takes only a few minutes, but the bananas need to freeze for at least 3 hours. Perfect for warm days and sweet tooths!

50 ml Milk

20 g Chocolate chips
Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare bananas
Peel the bananas and cut into slices. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid and select the desired slice (fine or coarse). Put the peeled bananas in the WunderSlicer V2 and cut them into slices. Catch the banana slices or put them directly into a freezer bag.
Freeze bananas
Freeze the banana slices in a freezer bag or freezer box for at least 3 hours or overnight.
Prepare ice cream
Place the frozen banana slices in the mixing bowl. Insert the Milkix instead of the knife.
Puree bananas
Puree the frozen bananas with the Milkix for 20 sec./level 8. If necessary, push down from the edge with the spatula and repeat the process.
Add milk
Add the milk to the pureed bananas in the mixing bowl.
Complete ice cream
Mix the milk and bananas with the Milkix for 20 sec./level 4. If necessary, push down from the edge with the spatula and repeat the process.
Add chocolate chips
Add the chocolate chips to the mixing bowl and fold in with the spatula.
