Description
This refreshing Blueberry-Peach-Ice cream is a light and fruity dessert, ideal for the summer. With only four ingredients, it is quick to prepare and perfect for a low-calorie refreshment. The combination of yogurt, peaches, blueberries and honey provides a natural and delicious taste. The preparation time is about 20 minutes, plus the freezing time. The recipe is designed for 4 servings.

250 g Yogurt

250 g Peaches

125 g Blueberries

50 g Honey
Preparation (7 steps)
Prepare fruits
Wash, halve, pit and cut the peaches into coarse pieces. Sort and wash the blueberries.
Mix fruits and yogurt
Put the prepared peach pieces and blueberries together with 250g yogurt in the mixing bowl.
Puree fruits and yogurt
Puree the mixture of peaches, blueberries and yogurt for 30 sec./level 8.
Add honey and mix
Add 50g honey and stir for 10 sec./level 3.
Freeze ice cream mixture
Transfer the mixture to a suitable container and place in the freezer for at least 3 hours, preferably overnight.
Crush frozen mass
Break the frozen mass into pieces and put it back into the mixing bowl.
Mix ice cream until creamy
Mix the frozen mass for 30 sec./level 6. If necessary, push down from the edge with the spatula and repeat the process until the desired consistency is achieved.
