Description

These banana muffins with nut nougat cream are quick to prepare with the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are bananas, flour, eggs and nut nougat cream. The recipe is ideal for cake lovers and as a simple snack. The preparation time is 40 minutes for 12 servings. Perfect for a children's birthday party or as a sweet treat for breakfast.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 200 g Sugar
  • 125 g Margarine
  • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 2 Stück Bananas
  • 250 g Flour
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 1 Pck. Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Nut nougat cream

Preparation (10 steps)

Preheat oven

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat.

Prepare muffin tin

Line a muffin tin with paper liners or grease well.

Mix sugar and margarine

Put 200 g sugar and 125 g margarine in the mixing bowl and stir.

Add eggs

Add 2 eggs individually and stir in.

Chop bananas

Peel 2 bananas, cut into pieces and place in the mixing bowl.

Add flour mixture

Mix 250 g flour, 1 tsp baking powder and 1 packet of vanilla sugar and add to the mixing bowl.

Fold in nut nougat cream

Add 150 g nut nougat cream to the mixing bowl and fold in with the spatula.

Fill dough into molds

Fill the batter evenly into the prepared muffin cups.

Bake muffins

Bake the muffins in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. Do the chopstick test!

Let cool

After baking, remove the muffins from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack.
