Description

This recipe for chocolate vegetable donuts combines healthy ingredients such as zucchini and carrots with the taste of chocolate.   • 2 Stück Eggs
  • 200 g Low-fat quark
  • 1 EL Date syrup
  • 120 g Spelt flour
  • 100 g Zucchini
  • 100 g Carrots
  • 50 g Ground almonds
  • 30 g Baking cocoa
  • 10 g Baking powder

Chop zucchini and carrots

Cut zucchini and carrots into coarse pieces and place in the mixing bowl. Chop 5 sec./level 5.

Puree vegetables and moist ingredients

Add chopped vegetables, eggs, low-fat quark and date syrup (or sweetener of your choice) to the mixing bowl. Puree 20 sec./level 4.

Add dry ingredients and mix

Add spelt flour, ground almonds, baking cocoa and baking powder to the mixing bowl. Mix 30 sec./level 3.

Baking

Fill the dough into donut molds, muffin tins or small cakes and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Make a stick test.
