  • 250 g Wild garlic
  • 1 piece Lemon (juice of)
  • Salt

Wash and spin dry the wild garlic.

Chop wild garlic

Put wild garlic into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 7. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.

Add butter, lemon juice and salt to the wild garlic in the mixing bowl.

Mix all ingredients for 30 seconds/speed 4 to a creamy consistency. Scrape down the sides with the spatula and repeat if necessary.
