Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare wild garlic
Wash and spin dry the wild garlic.
Chop wild garlic
Put wild garlic into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 7. Scrape down the sides with the spatula.
Add butter, lemon juice and salt
Add butter, lemon juice and salt to the wild garlic in the mixing bowl.
Prepare wild garlic butter
Mix all ingredients for 30 seconds/speed 4 to a creamy consistency. Scrape down the sides with the spatula and repeat if necessary.
Fill wild garlic butter
Fill the finished wild garlic butter into suitable containers or freezer bags and freeze.
