Description

A delicious festive cookie with raspberry jam and white chocolate.

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 180 g Flour smooth
  • 180 g Butter
  • 70 g Icing sugar
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 Pkg Vanilla
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 can Raspberry jam
  • White chocolate

Preparation (4 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Add flour, butter, icing sugar, baking powder, vanilla and cinnamon to the mixing bowl and process for 2 min./kneading stage to form a dough.

Process dough

Remove the very soft dough from the mixing bowl and carefully cut out shapes.

Baking

Place the cut out dough pieces on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for approx. 10-12 minutes.

Completion

After cooling, fill with raspberry jam and decorate with white chocolate.
