  • 250 g softened butter
  • basil leaves
  • 30 g black olives (pitted)
  • 50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 2 TL capers
  • nach Geschmack salt
  • 1 TL organic orange zest

Whip the butter

Add 250 g softened butter to the mixing bowl and whip for 20 sec/speed 4.

Prepare basil, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, and capers

Finely chop a few basil leaves. Drain 30 g black olives (pitted), 50 g sun-dried tomatoes in oil, and 2 tsp capers. Roughly chop everything.

Mix ingredients

Add chopped basil leaves, olives, sun-dried tomatoes, capers, some salt, and about 1 tsp organic orange zest to the whipped butter in the mixing bowl and mix for 15 sec/speed 3.

Shape and chill the butter

Shape the butter into a roll on parchment paper and refrigerate until ready to use.
