150 g soft butter
75 g sugar
1 Stück egg yolks
3 TL instant coffee
200 g flour
20 g cocoa
Pariser Creme

Prepare the dough

Place 150 g soft butter, 75 g sugar, 1 egg yolk, 3 tsp instant coffee, 200 g flour and 20 g cocoa in the mixing bowl and process into a dough for 2 min./Knetstufe.

Let the dough rest

Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 18 hours.

Bake cookies

Preheat the oven to 180°C top/bottom heat. Form small cookies from the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in the preheated oven for about 12 minutes.
