Description
This simple cabbage steak from the baking sheet is a vegetarian dish that is ideal as a main course. Prepared with few ingredients such as cabbage, olive oil and spices, it is gluten-free and inexpensive. Preparation takes about 50 minutes and is therefore also suitable for after work.
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

1 kl. Head of cabbage (whether white or red)

Spices (salt, pepper, smoked paprika, umami, caraway, ....)

Garlic

Olive oil

(who has gluten-free soy sauce eg dm "Genusskoarl") or tomato paste
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare cabbage
Wash 1 kg of head cabbage (whether white or red) and cut into approx. 2 cm thick slices.
Prepare marinade
Mix olive oil, gluten-free soy sauce or tomato paste and spices (salt, pepper, smoked paprika, umami, caraway) in a bowl to make a marinade.
Brush cabbage slices
Generously brush the cabbage slices (on the baking paper) with it.
Bake cabbage
Preheat the oven to 180 Grad HI and bake the cabbage slices for approx. 30 minutes.
Add garlic and caraway
Add the chopped garlic and caraway about 5 minutes before the end.
