Description

Black Blootz is a hearty pizza variant, prepared in the Thermomix®. Leek, onions and diced bacon form the basis for this savory topping. With the Thermomix®, the main course is ready in 45 minutes, the active working time is about 25 minutes. The recipe is designed for one portion and is ideal for those who love quick and uncomplicated cuisine.

Ingredients (13 ingredients)

  • 2 Stangen Leek
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 250 g Diced bacon
  • 20 g Oil
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 pinch Maggi
  • 1 pack Sour cream
  • 1 pack Whipped cream
  • 0.5 pack Crème fraîche
  • 80 g Greaves
  • 0.5 bunch Chives
  • 1 piece Pizza dough (fresh) XXL

Mix sour cream and crème fraîche

Add 1 pack of sour cream, 1 pack of whipped cream and 0.5 pack of crème fraîche to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 3.

White sauce on pizza dough

Spread white sauce on the pizza dough.

Chop leek and onion

Add 2 leeks and 1 onion to the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5. Push down with the spatula.

Sauté leek and onion

Add 20 g oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add bacon and spices

Add 200 g diced bacon, salt, pepper and Maggi and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Top and bake pizza

20 min/392°F/Ober-/Unterhitze 392°F

Put the steamed vegetables on the white sauce. Sprinkle the greaves and chives over it. Bake in the oven at 200°C for 20 minutes.
