Description

This baked apple punch without sugar, prepared in the Thermomix®, warms you on cold days. The main ingredients are apples, orange, cinnamon and optionally vanilla and bitter almond flavor. The sugar-free drink is ready in 25 minutes and makes one serving. Ideal for those looking for a healthy and festive alternative.

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

1 l Water
3 Stück Apples, quartered
1 Stück Orange, peeled
1 TL Cinnamon
0.5 TL Vanilla (optional)
Bitter almond flavor (optional, for marzipan note)
Cinnamon sticks & star anise for decoration

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop apples and orange

Thermomix® Setting

5 sec/Speed 10

Put apples (quartered) and orange (peeled) into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 sec./level 10.

Heat punch

Thermomix® Setting

10 min/194°F/Speed 2 194°F

Add water, cinnamon and vanilla to the mixing bowl and heat for 10 min./90°C/level 2.

Strain punch

Strain the punch through the simmering basket and squeeze the fruit residue well.

Serve punch

Pour the punch into glasses and decorate with cinnamon sticks or star anise as desired. Optionally add a few drops of bitter almond flavor to the hot punch.
