Description
This hot fruit punch from the Thermomix® warms you up on cold days. Oranges, lemon, apple and apple and currant juice form the basis for this festive drink. Refined with cinnamon sticks and star anise, the punch is non-alcoholic and ideal for children. Prepared in just 25 minutes, the recipe yields 6 servings. Perfect for the whole family and festive occasions.

750 ml Apple juice

250 ml Currant juice

50 g Sugar

2 Stück Cinnamon sticks

3 Stück Star anise
Preparation (5 steps)
Prepare fruits
Wash oranges and lemons in hot water and cut into slices. Wash, core and cut the apple into pieces.
Put ingredients in the mixing bowl
Put orange, lemon and apple pieces, apple juice, currant juice, sugar, cinnamon sticks and star anise in the mixing bowl.
Heat fruit punch
Heat the fruit punch for 20 Min./80°C/Stufe 1.
Let the fruit punch steep
After heating, let the fruit punch steep in the mixing bowl for 5 minutes.
Serve fruit punch
Remove cinnamon sticks and star anise. Serve the hot fruit punch.
