Description

  • 5 Stück large boiled potato(es)
  • 1 Stück onion(s)
  • margarine, unhardened
  • salt
  • 3 Stück egg(s)

Prepare onions

Peel and halve 1 onion. Place the WunderSlicer V2 on the mixing bowl lid, select the fine slice. Pass the halved onions through the WunderSlicer V2 and collect in a bowl.

Sauté onions

Melt unhardened margarine in a pan and lightly sauté the sliced onions in it.

Prepare boiled potatoes

Peel 5 large boiled potatoes and slice them.

Fry potatoes

Add the sliced boiled potatoes to the onions in the pan and fry. Sprinkle with seasoned salt and turn 1-3 times.

Prepare eggs

Pour 3 eggs over the potatoes, season with salt, and mix everything together. Let the eggs set.

Serve

Serve the fried potatoes.
