Description

With this Thermomix® recipe, you can easily make delicious rolls from wheat flour, spelt flour, yeast, salt and water. The bread and rolls category offers a great base for a hearty breakfast. Preparation with the Thermomix® takes about 30 minutes of working time, the total time including resting phases is 720 minutes. The recipe is designed for 8 servings and is ideal for a relaxed family breakfast.

400 g Wheat flour 405
100 g Spelt flour 1050
21 g Cube Yeast
2 TL Salt
340 g lukewarm Water

Preparation (5 steps)

Prepare dough

Thermomix® Setting

10 sec/Speed 4

Add wheat flour, spelt flour, yeast and salt to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./speed 4.

Add lukewarm water

Add lukewarm water and process for 2 min./kneading stage to a smooth dough.

Let dough rise

Let the dough rise overnight in a bowl in the refrigerator.

Preheat oven

The next day, preheat the oven to 200°C top and bottom heat.

Shape and bake rolls

Divide the dough into 8-10 pieces, shape each piece into a roll and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the rolls for 20 minutes until golden brown.
