Description

This chicken broth with mincemeat and noodles is a comforting recipe, ideal for cold days. The soup, full of flavor thanks to the chicken, ham and chorizo, is perfectly complemented by the mincemeat of boiled egg and vegetables. It is a complete and nutritious dish that I often make in winter. The preparation takes time, but the result is worth it. Perfect to share with family or to enjoy a homemade and comforting meal! Furthermore, it is an excellent way to take advantage of the ingredients we have in the fridge.

Ingredients (18 ingredients)

  • 3 raciones Chicken broth
  • 1 piece Chicken thigh and drumstick with skin
  • 1 piece Chorizo for stewing
  • 1 trozo Ham
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 1 piece Leek
  • 1 piece Potato
  • 1 al gusto Salt
  • 1 al gusto Peppercorns
  • 2 hojas Bay leaf
  • 1 piece Boiled egg
  • 1 al gusto Chicken with which we have made broth
  • 1 al gusto Carrot with which we have made the broth
  • 1 al gusto Ham with which we have made the broth
  • 1 al gusto Chorizo with which we have made the broth
  • 1 litro Chicken broth
  • 120 gramos Small dot pasta
  • 1 al gusto Mincemeat, quantity

Preparation (9 steps)

Preparation of the vegetables

We peel the potato and carrots and cut them in half. We remove the green part from the leek, we are only going to use the white part. We cut the vegetables into medium pieces.

Broth cooking

In the Thermomix glass, add the chicken thigh and drumstick with skin, the chorizo for stewing, the piece of ham, the carrots, the leek, the potato, salt to taste, peppercorns and the bay leaves. Cover with 2 liters of water.

Program the broth cooking

120 min/212°F/Speed 1 100

We program the Thermomix to cook the broth for 120 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.

Separate the broth and cool

After the time has passed, we separate the broth from the other ingredients using the Thermomix basket. We let the broth cool to remove the layer of fat that will form on the surface.

Preparation of the mincemeat

We cut the carrot, the cooked chicken, the chorizo and the ham into small pieces. We boil an egg, remove the shell and chop it. We reserve the mincemeat.

Soup cooking

We pour 1 liter of chicken broth into the Thermomix glass.

Add the pasta

We add 120 grams of small dot pasta to the broth in the Thermomix glass.

Cook the pasta

We program the Thermomix to cook the pasta for 6 minutes at 100°C and speed 1.

Serve the soup

We serve the soup very hot and add the amount of mincemeat that you like to each dish.
