750 g Ground Beef

1 piece Onion

2 piece Garlic Cloves

60 g Teriyaki Sauce (ready-made or homemade)

20 g Soy Sauce
-
15 g Honey
-
5 g Sesame Oil
Preparation (4 steps)
Chop Onion and Garlic
Put onion and garlic cloves in the mixing bowl and chop with the Meistermix Patix knife for 5 sec./level 5.
Sauté
Add sesame oil and sauté for 4 min./120°C/level 1.
Cook Minced Meat
Add minced meat (crumbled) and cook for 10 min./120°C/Reverse/level "Stir". Without measuring cup so that liquid evaporates.
Add Sauces
Add teriyaki sauce, soy sauce and honey and stir for 3 min./100°C/Reverse/level "Stir".
