Description
This Thermomix® carrot-raw vegetable salad is quick to prepare with just a few ingredients such as carrots, vinegar, oil and lemon juice. The vegetarian dish is ready in just 15 minutes and yields 5 servings. Ideal as a healthy side dish, light meal or for quick cooking. The simple preparation in the Thermomix® makes this salad the perfect recipe for every day.

Preparation (3 steps)
Chop carrots
Put carrots into the mixing bowl and chop for 5 seconds/speed 5. Use the spatula to push the carrots down.
Chop and season carrots
Chop everything for 6 seconds/speed 6. Now add the spices. Add 1 tbsp sugar, 1.5 tbsp vinegar and 1 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp oil, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl.
Mix
Chop everything for 7 seconds/speed 7. Now pour into screw-top jars (approx. 5 pieces) and place in the refrigerator.
