Description

This dish of chicken breast with garlic is a classic of Spanish cuisine, perfect for a quick and tasty meal.   • 8 piece garlics
  • 1 bunch chopped parsley
  • 1 piece extra virgin olive oil
  • 150 ml white wine
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 1 piece wheat flour

Peel 8 cloves of garlic and place them in the Thermomix bowl. Add extra virgin olive oil to cover them. Program 10 minutes/90°C/spoon speed/reverse turn.

Remove the garlics and reserve the oil

Remove the confit garlic from the bowl and set aside. Also reserve the flavored oil in a separate container.

Salt and pepper 500 grams of chicken breast cut into tacos and lightly flour.

It was a simple dish, but full of flavor, and I will always associate it with happy family moments. This version with Thermomix® makes preparation much easier, while maintaining the essence of traditional flavor. Chicken breasts, cut into tacos, are the basis of this dish. It is important that they are of good quality, preferably free-range chicken, as their flavor is more intense. Wheat flour, although in small quantities, plays a crucial role, as it creates a light golden crust when frying the chicken, providing a crunchy texture that contrasts with the juiciness of the interior. Garlic, the star ingredient, is slowly confited in extra virgin olive oil, which softens its spicy flavor and gives it a creamy texture. Chopped parsley, fresh and aromatic, adds a touch of freshness and color to the dish. White wine, dry and fruity, deglazes the bottom of the pan (in this case, the Thermomix® bowl) and adds an acidic note that balances the richness of the garlic and oil. Salt and pepper, of course, are essential to enhance all the flavors. When preparing this dish with Thermomix®, it is essential to follow the indicated times and temperatures to obtain the desired result. When confiting the garlic, make sure they are completely covered in oil so that they cook evenly. When browning the chicken, do not pile it up in the bowl, as this would make it difficult to brown properly. If necessary, do it in two batches. When adding the white wine, watch carefully until the alcohol evaporates, as this will prevent the dish from having a bitter taste.
