Ingredients (12 ingredients)

1 kg Chicken pieces (e.g. drumsticks)

2 Stück Onions

2 Zehen Garlic

1 Stange Celery
-
0.5 Liter Cola
-
4 EL Tomato ketchup
-
2 EL Mustard
-
2 EL Soy sauce
-
1 EL Worcestershire sauce

1 Prise Salt

1 Prise Pepper

2 EL Oil
Preparation (7 steps)
Chop onions
Peel and quarter the onions and put them in the mixing bowl. Chop for 3 sec./Stufe 5.
Sauté onions
Add oil to the onions in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/Stufe 1.
Add garlic and celery
Peel the garlic and add it to the mixing bowl together with the celery. Chop for 3 sec./Stufe 5.
Add remaining ingredients
Add cola, tomato ketchup, mustard, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl.
Simmer sauce
Simmer everything for 20 min./100°C/Stufe 1. Leave the measuring cup on.
Fry the meat
In a separate pan, fry the chicken pieces in a little oil until golden brown.
Add meat and finish cooking
Add the fried chicken pieces to the sauce in the mixing bowl and cook for another 15 min./100°C/Reverse Stufe 1. Leave the measuring cup on.
