Description

This chicken paella with vegetables is a dish that I often prepare at home. It is a simple recipe, but full of Mediterranean flavor.   • 1 piece Natural tomato
  • 2 clove Garlic
  • 1 piece Parsley
  • 1 piece Chicken breast
  • 1 piece Red pepper
  • 1 piece Green pepper
  • 1 piece Onion
  • 1 pinch Coloring
  • 1 al gusto Peas
  • 1 al gusto Green beans
  • 1 pastilla Chicken broth
  • 2 container Rice
  • 1 al gusto Piquillo peppers
  • 1 al gusto Lemon

Sauté the garlic and onion

Add a little oil to the bowl. Add 2 cloves of garlic and program 3 seconds/speed 7 to chop them. Then, add 1 chopped onion and sauté for 3 minutes/120°C/speed 1.

Add the peppers and chicken

Add 1 red pepper and 1 green pepper, both cut into small pieces, to the bowl. Sauté for 5 minutes/120°C/speed 1. Then, add 1 diced chicken breast, seasoned with salt and pepper to taste, and sauté for 5 minutes/120°C/speed 1.

Incorporate the parsley and tomato

Add fresh chopped parsley and 1 grated natural tomato to the bowl. Program 2 minutes/100°C/speed 1.

Add peas and green beans to taste, along with 1 crumbled chicken stock cube and 1.5 liters of salted water to the bowl. Program 15 minutes/100°C/speed 1.

Add 2 glasses of rice to the bowl. Program 20 minutes/100°C/speed 1/Reverse rotation. Stir with the spatula at the end of cooking.
