  • 2 Stück cloves of garlic
  • 1 Stück green bell pepper
  • 4 EL Oil
  • 500 g mixed ground meat
  • 2 Stück dried chili peppers
  • 1 kg canned peeled tomatoes
  • 1 Stück bay leaf
  • 0.5 TL dried oregano
  • 500 g canned red kidney beans
  • nach Geschmack Salt
  • nach Geschmack black pepper
  • nach Geschmack cayenne pepper
  • nach Geschmack Tabasco sauce

Chop onion and garlic

Place the onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 5. Add the garlic cloves and chop for 3 sec./speed 7.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add oil to the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Brown the meat

Brown the ground meat in a separate pan until crumbly.

Add pepper

Clean, wash, and dice the bell pepper. Add to the ground meat in the pan and sauté briefly.

Cook chili

Add the browned ground meat and peppers to the mixing bowl. Add canned peeled tomatoes, bay leaf, dried oregano, and dried chili peppers (chopped). Cook everything for 15 min./100°C/speed 1/Reverse.

Add beans

Drain the red kidney beans and add to the ground meat mixture in the mixing bowl. Simmer for 10 min./100°C/speed 1/Reverse.

Season

Season the stew to taste with salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, and Tabasco sauce.
