Description

This chocolate cocoa with marshmallow figures is a festive drink for the Christmas season, prepared in the Thermomix®. The main ingredients are dark chocolate, fresh whole milk, and marshmallows, decorated with sugar icing. In 30 minutes, you'll have 4 servings of this warm chocolate dessert. Ideal for cozy winter evenings and as a special treat for the whole family.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

12 Stück large marshmallows
1 nach Bedarf Black sugar icing
1 nach Bedarf Orange sugar icing
200 g Dark chocolate
1.3 l fresh whole milk
200 ml whipping cream

Preparation (4 steps)

Decorate marshmallows

Paint a snowman face on the long sides of the marshmallows with black and orange sugar icing and let dry. The drying time is about 10 minutes.

Chop chocolate

Place 200 g of dark chocolate in pieces in the mixing bowl and chop for 10 sec/speed 8.

Prepare cocoa

8 min/194°F/Speed 2 90

Add 1.3 l of fresh whole milk and 200 ml of whipping cream to the mixing bowl along with the chopped chocolate and heat for 8 min/90°C/speed 2 until the chocolate is completely melted.
