Description
Enjoy a creamy, hot white chocolate with chocolate pieces with the Thermomix®. This lactose-free dessert drink is prepared with white chocolate, milk, whipped cream and whole milk chocolate. In just 15 minutes, 4 servings are created. Ideal for festive occasions, the winter season or as a sweet reward.
Ingredients (4 ingredients)

200 g White Chocolate with Crispies

750 ml Milk

125 ml UHT Whipping Cream

50 g Whole Milk Chocolate with Biscuit Pieces
Preparation (5 steps)
Chop chocolate and add milk
Break 200 g white chocolate with crispies into pieces and place in the mixing bowl. Add 750 ml milk.
Melt chocolate
Melt the chocolate with the milk for 5 min./50°C/speed 2 while stirring.
Remove crispies
Pour the hot chocolate through a sieve to remove the crispies. Set the crispies aside.
Whip cream until stiff
Pour 125 ml whipped cream into the mixing bowl. Insert the butterfly and whip stiff for 2 min./speed 3.5.
Arrange
Divide the hot white chocolate among 4 glasses. Top with the stiffly whipped cream and sprinkle with 50 g whole milk chocolate with biscuit pieces and the crispies.
