400 g Couverture Whole Milk
200 g Cornflakes

Chop couverture

Put 400 g of whole milk couverture in pieces into the mixing bowl and chop for 8 sec./speed 8. If necessary, push down with the spatula and repeat the process.

Melt couverture

Melt the chopped couverture in the mixing bowl for 4 min./50°C/speed 2.
