Description

This simple Thermomix® recipe for chocolate or raisin rolls made from low-fat quark, sugar, egg and milk is ideal for a quick breakfast. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 45 minutes, of which 20 minutes are active working time. The recipe yields 12 servings and belongs to the bread and rolls category.   • 250 g Low-fat quark
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 Stück Egg
  • 40 g Milk
  • 40 g Oil
  • 1 Packung Baking powder
  • 1 EL Vanilla sugar
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 300 g Flour
  • 100 g Chocolate chips
  • 100 g Raisins
  • 1 Stück Egg (for brushing)
  • 2 EL Milk (for brushing)

Preparation (5 steps)

Mix ingredients

Add low-fat quark, sugar, egg, milk and oil to the mixing bowl. Stir for 3 min./speed 4.

Add dry ingredients

Thermomix® Setting
2 min/Kneading speed

Add baking powder, vanilla sugar, salt and flour to the mixing bowl. Knead for 3 min./kneading stage.

Fold in chocolate or raisins

Add chocolate chips or raisins 20 sec./knead

Shape and brush the rolls

Always spread 2 tablespoons of dough heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Whisk egg and milk and brush the heaps.

Baking

Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (175°C) top/bottom heat for approx. 15-20 minutes.
