Description

This Chorizo ​​salad is a real taste experience! The combination of spicy chorizo, fresh tomatoes, olives and a slightly spicy vinaigrette is reminiscent of a holiday in the Mediterranean. I love how the flavors harmonize and the salad is convincing both as an appetizer and as a light main course. The preparation is straightforward and quick, making it perfect for a spontaneous lunch or a barbecue. If you like it vegetarian, you can simply omit the chorizo ​​or replace it with halloumi. A dash of extra balsamic rounds things off. Simply delicious!

  • Black pepper from the mill
