Description
This fruity summer cocktail is a wonderful refreshment on hot days! The combination of sweet peaches, aromatic lemon thyme and tart rhubarb juice is simply unbeatable. I especially like to make it when friends come to visit or just to treat myself to a little time out. The preparation is super easy and quick, so you can enjoy a delicious drink in no time at all. If you like it a little more sparkling, you can add a shot of Ginger Ale. An absolute must for anyone who loves fruity cocktails!
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

2 piece Peaches

8 Stiel Lemon thyme

250 ml Ice cubes

550 ml Rhubarb juice

1 l Sparkling water
Preparation (3 steps)
Prepare peaches
Wash the peaches, halve, pit and cut into wedges. Then distribute the peach wedges in glasses.
Prepare lemon thyme
Wash the lemon thyme and shake dry. Then add the stems to the glasses with the peach wedges.
Complete cocktail
Fill the glasses with ice cubes, rhubarb juice and sparkling water. Stir carefully with a spoon and serve immediately.
