Quickly prepared and mixed in no time with the Thermomix®, this drink is an absolute must for anyone who likes it fruity and refreshing. Poured with mineral water, it becomes a sparkling pleasure. Ingredients (8 ingredients)

1 piece small peach, peeled and roughly chopped
40 ml Tequila (alcohol-free)
20 ml Peach brandy
1 tsp Lime juice
Lime wedges or peach slices for garnish
1 Spritzer Syrup Peach Iced Tea
40 ml Mineral water
Lime for the rim of the glass

Preparation (3 steps)

Puree peach

Thermomix® Setting

10 sec/Speed 8

Put the peeled and roughly chopped peach into the mixing bowl and puree for 10 sec./speed 8 until a fine puree is formed. If necessary, scrape down from the edge with the spatula and repeat the process.

Mix cocktail

10 sec/Speed 4

Add tequila (alcohol-free), peach brandy, lime juice, syrup and 2 tsp of the peach puree to the mixing bowl. Mix for 10 sec./speed 4.

Strain and serve cocktail

Rub the rim of a glass with lime. Strain the cocktail through a sieve into the prepared glass. Top up with mineral water and garnish with a lime wedge or peach slice.
