Description

This vegan red cabbage salad with apples and almonds is prepared in the Thermomix® in just 25 minutes. The main ingredients are red cabbage, apple and apple cider vinegar. The recipe yields one serving and is ideal as a healthy and quick side dish, especially in autumn. The easy preparation makes it perfect for light cuisine.

  • 200 g Red cabbage
  • 1 Stück Apple
  • 1 EL Olive oil
  • 1 EL Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 1 Prise Pepper
  • 20 g Glazed almonds

Cut the red cabbage into thin strips and the apple into slices.

Add olive oil to the mixing bowl and heat for 2 min./120°C/speed 1. Add red cabbage and apple and steam for 10 min./120°C/reverse/speed 1.

Add apple cider vinegar, salt and pepper. Cook for 5 min./100°C/reverse/speed 1 until the cabbage is soft.

Add the shaved almonds and fold in with the spatula. Serve hot.
