Description

  • 550 g Pulled Pork
  • 50 g Sheep's cheese
  • 50 g Cheese (grated)
  • 275 g Puff pastry
  • 2 EL Milk
  • 1 Stück Egg yolk
  • BBQ sauce

Preparation (6 steps)

Prepare pulled pork

Prepare the finished pulled pork in a casserole dish with a lid according to the instructions. Pour off the sauce. Shred the pulled pork with 2 forks. Season with BBQ sauce to taste and let cool.

Prepare puff pastry

Lay out the puff pastry and cut about 1/3 on the side every 2 cm. Spread 3/4 of the meat in the middle. Leave about 2 cm of dough at the beginning and end.

Prepare sheep's cheese and cheese

Cut the sheep's cheese into strips and place lengthwise on top. Spread half of the grated cheese and then the remaining meat on top.

Mix egg yolk and milk

Mix the egg yolk with the milk.

Close and brush puff pastry

Fold or braid the puff pastry alternately from right and left and always stick it together with the egg yolk. Sprinkle with the remaining egg yolk and grated cheese.

Baking

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees hot air for about 35 minutes.
