  • 1 kg Chicken wings
  • 2 EL Oil
  • 1 Stück Onion
  • 1 Zehe Garlic
  • 250 g Cranberry sauce
  • 60 ml Maple syrup
  • 3 EL Soy sauce
  • 1 TL Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 TL Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 TL Garlic powder
  • 0.5 TL Onion powder
  • 0.25 TL Cayenne pepper
  • 1 Prise Salt
  • 200 g Sour cream
  • 100 g Mayonnaise
  • 2 EL Mustard
  • 1 EL Honey
  • 1 TL Lemon juice
  • 2 EL Chopped dill
  • 1 Prise Pepper

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion and garlic

Peel and quarter the onion. Peel the garlic clove. Place both in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec/speed 5.

Sauté onion and garlic

Add oil and sauté for 3 min/120°C/speed 1.

Prepare the cranberry glaze

10 min/212°F/Speed 2 212°F

Add cranberry sauce, maple syrup, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper and salt. Cook for 10 min/100°C/speed 2 without the measuring cup.

Puree the cranberry glaze

Puree the sauce for 10 sec/speed 8.

Prepare the mustard dip

20 sec/Speed 3

For the dip, add sour cream, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, lemon juice, chopped dill, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.

Fry the chicken wings

Fry the chicken wings in a separate pan with oil until golden brown.

Glaze the chicken wings

Brush the fried chicken wings with the cranberry glaze and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for about 30 minutes until cooked through and crispy. Brush with the glaze several times during baking.
