Description

This chocolate biscuit confection is a real eye-catcher on every coffee table! I especially like to make it during the Christmas season, but it actually suits any occasion. The combination of dark chocolate and crispy biscuits is simply irresistible. And the best part: it's super easy to prepare and doesn't require any animal products at all. A great vegan dessert that will delight even non-vegans. Ideal for preparing in advance, as it needs to set in the refrigerator. Try it, you'll love it!

  • 400 g vegan dark chocolate
  • 250 g Coconut fat
  • 100 g unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 80 g Powdered sugar
  • 350 g vegan biscuits

Layers

Pour a thin layer of chocolate cream into the prepared pan and spread evenly on the bottom. Place a layer of 350 g vegan biscuits on top, then add enough chocolate cream on top of these to just cover them. Continue layering until the pan is full. The last layer should be biscuits.

5

Cool

Cover the cake with the overlapping parts of the freezer bag or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours.

6

Serve

Loosen the cake from the pan with the help of a knife, turn it out onto a plate and peel off the freezer bag or plastic wrap. Serve cut into not too thick slices.
