Description

This cookie cake with white chocolate cream is a classic dessert that always triumphs. The combination of vanilla cookies soaked in milk with cocoa and the soft white chocolate cream is simply irresistible. It is perfect for celebrations, birthdays or just to treat yourself. The recipe is very simple and does not require an oven, which makes it ideal for preparing with children. In addition, it can be prepared in advance and stored in the refrigerator until serving. Go ahead and try it, you'll love it! The key is to use good white chocolate and quality cream cheese for a delicious flavor.

Ingredients (6 ingredients)

  • vanilla cookies
  • 400 gramos white chocolate
  • 350 gramos cream cheese at room temperature
  • 50 gramos milk
  • 5 gramos cocoa powder
  • 50 gramos condensed milk

Prepare the white chocolate cream

Thermomix® Setting

Place the cream cheese at room temperature and the chopped white chocolate in the Thermomix bowl. Program 5 Min./50°C/Speed 2 to melt the chocolate and cheese.

Add the condensed milk

Thermomix® Setting
20 Seg./Velocidad 3

Add the condensed milk to the Thermomix bowl. Mix 20 Seg./Speed 3 to integrate all the ingredients.

Prepare the mixture to soak the cookies

In a bowl, dilute the cocoa powder in the milk. Stir until no lumps remain. Reserve.

Prepare the mold

Line the bottom of the mold with plastic wrap. If a ring is used, line the walls with acetate as well.

Assemble the cake (first layer)

Pour a couple of tablespoons of the chocolate cream into the bottom of the mold and spread evenly.

Soak and place the cookies

Dip the vanilla cookies in the milk and cocoa mixture for a couple of seconds. Place them on the chocolate cream, covering the entire surface.

Assemble the cake (successive layers)

Pour more chocolate cream over the cookies and spread evenly. Repeat the layers of soaked cookies and cream until all the cream is used up.

Cover with cookies and refrigerate

Cover the last layer of cream with cookies. Take the cake to the refrigerator for at least 2 hours to harden.

Unmold and decorate

Unmold the cake and decorate with chocolate shavings. Serve cold.
