Diese Cookie Dough Bites sind ein absoluter Genuss für alle Naschkatzen! Ich mache sie super gerne, wenn ich spontan Lust auf etwas Süßes habe. Die Zubereitung ist kinderleicht und geht ruckzuck mit dem Thermomix®. Der Teig ist herrlich weich und die Schokostückchen sorgen für den extra Crunch. Perfekt für einen gemütlichen Abend auf der Couch oder als kleine Leckerei für zwischendurch. Wer mag, kann auch noch Nüsse oder andere Toppings hinzufügen. Ein tolles Rezept, das bei mir immer gut ankommt!

Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333333333333 cup brown sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 0.5 cup whole milk
  • 0.33333333333333 cup butter, melted
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 0.66666666666667 cup chocolate chips

Preparation (5 steps)

Dry Ingredients Mixing

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 4

Add 2 cups all-purpose flour, ½ cup white sugar, ⅓ cup brown sugar, and 1 pinch of salt to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Stufe 4.

Wet Ingredients Mixing

Thermomix® Setting
20 sec/Speed 3

Add ½ cup whole milk, ⅓ cup melted butter, and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 20 Sec./Stufe 3.

Chocolate Chips Incorporation

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Linkslauf Speed 2 Reverse

Add ⅔ cup chocolate chips to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 10 Sec./Linkslauf Stufe 2 to incorporate the chocolate chips gently.

Dough Shaping and Freezing

Turn the dough out onto a large piece of plastic wrap. Roll the dough into a log and wrap it tightly. Freeze for 60 Min. to firm up.

Slicing the Dough

After freezing, cut the dough into slices with a wet knife. The dough will be sticky.
