Ingredients (8 ingredients)

  • 125 g Margarine (room temperature)
  • 125 g Brown sugar
  • 1 Prise Iodized salt
  • 1 Egg
  • 175 g Flour
  • 1 TL Baking powder
  • 100 g Marzipan raw paste
  • 100 g Chocolate

Preparation (7 steps)

Mix margarine, sugar and salt

20 sec/Speed 4

Put 125 g room temperature margarine, 125 g brown sugar and 1 pinch of iodized salt into the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 4. Then add 1 egg and mix for another 10 sec/speed 4.

Mix flour and baking powder and stir in

Add 175 g flour and 1 tsp baking powder to the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3 until a smooth dough is formed. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula and repeat the process.

Prepare marzipan and chocolate

Cut 100 g marzipan raw paste into small cubes. Roughly chop 100 g chocolate.

Stir in marzipan and chocolate

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Linkslauf/Speed 2 Reverse

Add marzipan cubes and chopped chocolate to the mixing bowl and stir in for 10 sec/Reverse/speed 2. If necessary, scrape down the sides with the spatula and repeat the process.

Preheat oven and form cookies

Preheat the oven to 190 °C (convection: 170 °C). Place the dough by the tablespoonful with some space between them on baking sheets lined with baking paper and flatten slightly with the back of a knife or your hand.

Bake cookies

Bake the prepared cookies in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until light brown.

Let cookies cool

Let the baked cookies cool on the baking sheet. They can still be a little soft when they come out of the oven and will then become nice and soft and crumbly as they cool.
