Description

This hearty bandit pot from the Thermomix® is a savory main course with minced meat, pork goulash, potatoes and peppers. Preparation in the Thermomix® takes about 90 minutes and yields 4 servings.   • 1 Stück Onion
  • 2 Stück Garlic cloves
  • 1 Stück Bell pepper
  • 1 Stück Bell pepper
  • 400 g Firm cooking potatoes
  • 3 EL Sunflower oil
  • 500 g Minced meat (mixed)
  • 200 g Pork goulash, diced
  • 1 TL Paprika powder, sweet
  • 2 EL Tomato paste
  • 1 EL Flour
  • 200 ml Red wine
  • 400 g Chopped tomatoes, canned
  • 400 ml Vegetable broth
  • Salt & Pepper

Preparation (7 steps)

Chop onion

Put 1 onion in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 5.

Sauté onion

Add 3 tbsp sunflower oil and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Chop garlic

Add 2 cloves of garlic and chop for 3 sec./level 7.

Fry meat

Fry 500 g of minced meat (mixed) and 200 g of pork goulash, diced, in a separate pan.

Add vegetables

Add 1 bell pepper, 1 bell pepper and 400 g of firm cooking potatoes in pieces and chop for 5 sec./level 4.

Add more ingredients

Add fried meat, 1 tsp paprika powder sweet, 2 tbsp tomato paste, 1 tbsp flour, 200 ml red wine, 400 g chopped tomatoes (canned) and 400 ml vegetable broth. Season with salt and pepper.
