  • 80 g Almonds
  • 80 g Icing sugar
  • 2 Stück Vanilla sugar
  • 220 g Butter

Add flour, almonds, icing sugar, vanilla sugar and butter to the mixing bowl

Add 280 g flour, 80 g almonds, 80 g icing sugar, 2 packets of vanilla sugar and 220 g butter to the mixing bowl.

Knead dough

Thermomix® Setting

Knead all ingredients for 2 min./kneading stage to form a dough. Do not put in the refrigerator, important.

Process dough

Shape crescents from the dough and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.

Baking

Bake the crescents in a preheated oven at 180°C top/bottom heat for about 12-14 minutes.

Roll crescents

Roll the still warm crescents in icing sugar and vanilla sugar.
