Description

This yogurt flan is a delicious and very easy to prepare dessert, perfect for any occasion! It does not need an oven, which makes it ideal for hot days or when you don't want to complicate things in the kitchen. The combination of natural yogurt with condensed milk gives it a creamy texture and a smooth flavor that everyone will love. I often prepare it for my family gatherings and it is always a success. You can add a touch of lemon or orange zest to give it a citrus aroma. Go ahead and try it, I assure you that you will love it!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Natural yogurt
  • 0.5 cucharadita Vanilla essence
  • 100 mililitros Condensed milk
  • 150 mililitros Milk
  • 2 unidades Egg
  • 75 gramos White sugar
  • 0.5 piece Lemon

Preparation (7 steps)

Prepare the caramel

Place 75 g of white sugar and the juice of ½ lemon in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat until you get a golden caramel. Pour the caramel into the bottom of the individual flan molds and set aside.

Mix eggs and milk

Thermomix® Setting
10 sec/Speed 4

In the Thermomix bowl, add 2 units of egg and 150 ml of milk. Mix for 10 seconds at speed 4.

Add vanilla

Thermomix® Setting
5 sec/Speed 3

Add ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 5 seconds at speed 3.

Incorporate condensed milk and yogurt

Thermomix® Setting
15 sec/Speed 4

Add 100 ml of condensed milk and 1 unit of natural yogurt to the Thermomix bowl. Mix for 15 seconds at speed 4 until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.

Pour the mixture into the molds

Pour the flan mixture into the previously caramelized individual molds.

Cook in a water bath

Thermomix® Setting
25 min/Varoma/Speed 1 Varoma

Place the molds in the Varoma container. Pour 500 ml of water into the Thermomix bowl. Place the Varoma on the Thermomix and program 25 minutes/Varoma/speed 1.

Cool and unmold

Remove the flans from the Varoma and let cool completely at room temperature. Then, refrigerate for at least 2 hours before unmolding and serving.
