Description
This avocado cream is a perfect starter for any occasion. The recipe is very simple and quick to prepare with the Thermomix®, ideal for when you have little time but want to surprise your guests. The avocado gives it a creamy texture and a mild flavor, while the onion, garlic and touch of tabasco give it a very interesting point of flavor. Perfect for spreading on toast, accompanying crudités or as a sauce for tacos. A delicious and versatile vegetarian option!
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

1 piece Ripe and large avocado

30 g Onion
-
1 clove Garlic
-
2 ml Tabasco Sauce
-
2 g Salt
-
30 g Mayonnaise
Preparation (3 steps)
Crush the ingredients
Place the avocado, onion, garlic clove, tabasco, salt and mayonnaise in the bowl. Crush for 15 seconds at speed 6.
Mix with the butterfly
With the spatula, lower the ingredients to the bottom of the bowl. Place the butterfly on the blades and mix for 30 seconds at speed 4.
Serve
Remove the cream from the bowl and pour into a bowl. Serve immediately or refrigerate until serving.
