Description

This exotic avocado cream with mango is an absolute hit for any barbecue party or as a refreshing dip for brunch! The sweetness of the mango harmonizes perfectly with the creamy avocado and the slight spiciness of the chili. I love how quick and easy this guacamole is to prepare - it's on the table in just 15 minutes. A few chopped nuts provide the extra crunch. Be sure to try it out, you will be thrilled! Vegetarian and simply irresistible.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 1 piece Avocado
  • 1 piece Mango
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 piece red Chili pepper
  • 75 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Snack nuts

Preparation (4 steps)

Chop garlic and chili

Thermomix® Setting
3 sec/Speed 7

Put a clove of garlic in the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./speed 7. Slit a red chili pepper lengthwise, deseed, wash, add and chop for another 3 sec./speed 7.

Prepare avocado and mango

Halve an avocado, pit and remove the flesh from the peel. Cut the flesh into cubes and place in the mixing bowl. Peel a mango, cut the flesh from the stone, dice it as well and place in the mixing bowl.

Prepare guacamole

Thermomix® Setting
15 sec/Speed 4

Add 75 g Greek yogurt, 2 tbsp lime juice, salt and pepper to the mixing bowl and stir for 15 sec./speed 4, making sure the avocado is roughly crushed. If necessary, use the spatula to help.

Season and serve

Season the guacamole again with salt and pepper. Roughly chop 2 tbsp of snack nuts and sprinkle over the guacamole before serving.
