Description
Dieses cremige Anchovis-Parmesan-Dressing ist ein absoluter Gamechanger für jeden Salat! Ich mache es super gerne, weil es so schnell geht und einfach köstlich schmeckt. Die Kombination aus salzigen Sardellen, würzigem Parmesan und cremiger Mayonnaise ist einfach unschlagbar. Perfekt für einen Caesar Salad oder einfach zu Blattsalaten. Das Dressing ist im Handumdrehen zubereitet und verleiht jedem Gericht eine besondere Note. Probiert es unbedingt aus!
Ingredients (5 ingredients)

1 clove garlic

2 piece anchovies
-
15 g parmesan
-
5 tbsp mayonnaise
-
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
Preparation (2 steps)
Knoblauch und Sardellen zerkleinern
1 clove Knoblauch und 2 Anchovis in den Mixtopf geben und 3 Sek./Stufe 7 zerkleinern. Mit dem Spatel nach unten schieben.
Parmesan hinzufügen und vermischen
15g Parmesan, 5 tbsp Mayonnaise und 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar in den Mixtopf geben und 10 Sek./Stufe 3 vermischen.
