Description

I love preparing this creamy pasta with mushrooms and bacon! It is a dish that warms the heart, perfect for autumn evenings. The bucatini, with their particular shape, beautifully collect the creamy sauce made from eggs, parmesan and butter. The smoked bacon adds a touch of intense flavor, while the button mushrooms give a delicious aroma. In less than half an hour, a rich and satisfying first course is brought to the table, ideal for a family lunch or a dinner with friends. A real comfort food!

Ingredients (10 ingredients)

  • 300 g bucatini
  • 200 g button mushrooms
  • 70 g diced smoked bacon
  • 50 g parmesan reggiano
  • 30 g butter
  • 2 piece eggs
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation of the mushrooms

Clean the button mushrooms and slice them. Put the mushrooms in the bowl with 30 g of butter and 1 clove of garlic. Cook for 5 minutes/120°C/Speed 1.

Cooking the bacon

In a non-stick pan, cook 70 g of diced smoked bacon until golden brown. Set aside the bacon with its cooking fat.

Preparation of the cream

Grate 50 g of parmesan reggiano and put it in a bowl with 1 bunch of chopped parsley and 2 eggs. Mix and beat lightly to obtain a perfectly homogeneous mixture. Cut the remaining butter into small pieces and add it to the eggs.

Cooking the pasta

Boil 300 g of bucatini in abundant salted water and drain al dente.

Pasta dressing

Pour the drained bucatini into the bowl. Add the bacon and mushrooms. Mix 10 Sec./Speed 2/Reverse so that they are well seasoned.

Final cream

Pour the egg-based mixture into the bowl and, stirring gently 10 Sec./Speed 2/Reverse, make sure it is all creamy. Serve immediately with a grind of pepper.
