This creamy garlic parmesan sauce is a simple and quick recipe for the Thermomix®.   • 3 piece Garlic cloves
  • Butter
  • 250 ml Cream
  • 150 g Grated parmesan
  • 0.5 piece Lemon (juice)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Olive oil

Chop garlic

Put 3 garlic cloves into the mixing bowl and chop for 3 sec./level 7. If necessary, scrape down from the edge with the spatula.

Add some butter (amount to taste) to the chopped garlic in the mixing bowl and sauté for 3 min./120°C/level 1.

Add cream

Add 250 ml cream to the sautéed garlic in the mixing bowl.

Add 150 g grated parmesan to the mixing bowl.

Let the sauce simmer

Let the sauce simmer for 5 min./90°C/level 2. Leave the measuring cup on.

Add the juice of half a lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil (amount to taste) to the mixing bowl and mix for 10 sec./level 3.
