Description

This honey-mustard dressing is a real all-rounder and super quick to prepare in the Thermomix®! I especially like to make it in the summer when it goes well with fresh salads. The sweetness of the honey harmonises wonderfully with the slight spiciness of the mustard. It tastes particularly good with rocket, tomatoes and mushrooms, but also with other salads. If you like it a little spicier, you can add a pinch of chilli powder. A dash of balsamic vinegar ensures the perfect acidity. Simply put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl and off you go!

20 ml Balsamic vinegar
2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 tsp Honey liquid
to taste Salt
