Description

This recipe for creamy cheese noodles is a hearty and quick dish, ideal for student cuisine. With fresh noodles, Emmental cheese and a creamy sauce, it is ready in just 15 minutes. Perfect as a main course for 2 servings.

Ingredients (9 ingredients)

  • 500 g Noodles, fresh (chilled shelf)
  • 1 Stück Onion(s)
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 50 ml Cream
  • 50 g Emmental cheese, grated
  • 1 EL Oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Broth, instant
  • Parsley, finely chopped

Preparation (7 steps)

Cook noodles

Add the fresh noodles to boiling water and cook for about 2 minutes until they float to the top. Drain the noodles and rinse with cold water. Set aside.

Chop onions

Peel and halve the onion. Place the Wundermix WunderSlicer V2 with the fine slice on the mixing bowl lid. Pass the halved onions through the WunderSlicer V2 and collect the diced onions.

Sauté onions

Add 1 tbsp oil to the mixing bowl and add the diced onions. Sauté 3 min./120°C/speed 1.

Prepare sauce

Add 100 ml milk and 50 ml cream to the mixing bowl. Season with salt, pepper and broth to taste. Heat 5 min./90°C/speed 2.

Melt cheese

Add 50 g Emmental cheese, grated, to the mixing bowl and melt for 2 min./60°C/speed 2.

Add noodles

Add the cooked noodles to the mixing bowl and stir for 2 min./90°C/reverse/speed 1.

Add parsley

Add some parsley, finely chopped, to the mixing bowl and stir for 30 sec./90°C/reverse/speed 1.
