Description
This oven pancake is a delicious and simple dish that is ideal as breakfast or dessert. With only a few ingredients and a short preparation time, it is perfect for a quick treat. The pancake is baked in the oven and can be sprinkled with icing sugar or cinnamon sugar as desired. Suitable for the whole family and especially delicious served warm. The preparation takes about 45 minutes.
Ingredients (6 ingredients)

400 g Milk

3 Stück Eggs

140 g Flour
-
40 g Sugar

1 Pck. Vanilla sugar

Icing sugar or cinnamon sugar for sprinkling
Preparation (7 steps)
Mix milk and eggs
Put milk and eggs in the mixing bowl and mix for 20 sec/speed 3.
Add remaining ingredients and mix
Add flour, sugar and vanilla sugar and mix for 30 sec/speed 4 to a smooth dough.
Let the dough swell
Then let the dough swell in the mixing bowl for 10 minutes.
Preheat oven
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 220°C top/bottom heat.
Prepare mold and fill in the dough
Grease the large round stone generously with fat that can be heated to high temperatures (e.g. clarified butter). Pour the dough onto it.
Baking
Bake the dough on the lowest rack on the wire rack for 20-25 minutes.
Serve
After baking time, place on the cake rack. Serve with icing sugar or cinnamon sugar.
