Description

These golden crêpes are a real delight for breakfast or dessert. The recipe is simple and quick to prepare, ideal for busy mornings or last-minute cravings. I particularly like the light and fluffy texture of these crêpes, which go perfectly with all kinds of toppings: jam, chocolate, fresh fruit or just a little icing sugar. The batter rests in the fridge for an hour, which helps to achieve the perfect consistency. A real treat for the whole family!

Ingredients (7 ingredients)

  • 2 packet vanilla sugar
  • 2 g salt or fine salt
  • 500 g whole milk
  • 2 piece eggs
  • 15 g icing sugar or caster sugar
  • 10 g butter
  • 250 g flour

Melted butter

10 g of butter in the bowl and melt for 2 Min./50°C/Stufe 1.

Preparation of the batter

20 sec/Speed 4

Add 500 g of whole milk, 2 eggs, 15 g of icing sugar or caster sugar, 2 sachets of vanilla sugar and 2 g of salt or fine salt in the bowl. Mix for 20 Sek./Stufe 4.

Addition of the flour

Add 250 g of flour and mix for 30 Sek./Stufe 5.

Final mixing

Add the melted butter and mix for 10 Sek./Stufe 4.

Resting the batter

Pour the batter into a container, cover and leave to rest in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. This resting time allows the batter to develop a better consistency.

Adjustment of the consistency

After the resting time, stir the batter. If it is too thick, add a little milk and mix 5 Sek./Stufe 3.

Cooking the crêpes

Heat a lightly oiled pan. Pour a ladle of batter and cook the crêpes until they are golden brown on both sides. Repeat the operation until all the batter is used up.
